Shipping policy
Where we ship: EU member states (Norway, Switzerland and the UK are planned later).
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Finnish public holidays). During peak periods (Black Friday to Christmas) processing can take up to 5 business days.
Delivery times (estimates, not guarantees): Our products ship from overseas suppliers. Delivery usually takes about 6–11 business days after dispatch. It can take longer in Oct–Dec, and during Chinese holidays such as Golden Week (1–8 Oct) and Chinese New Year (~6 Feb 2027). The estimate shown on the product page or at checkout applies to your order.
If your order contains items from different suppliers, it may arrive in more than one parcel at no extra cost.

Duties & taxes: Prices include VAT. For EU deliveries we pay any import VAT and customs duty, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.
Tracking: You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Lost or late parcels: If your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email us at inahuzor1@gmail.com and we'll trace it and reship or refund. Transport risk stays with us until the parcel is delivered to you.
Wrong address: Please check your address carefully. Contact us within 12 hours if you need to change it.
