FAQ

1. How long does delivery take?

Our products ship from our overseas suppliers and usually arrive in about 6–11 business days, plus 1–3 business days to process your order (sometimes longer during the holiday peak). The estimate on each product page and at checkout applies to your order. All orders are tracked.

2. Will it arrive before Christmas?

Order by 27 November for the best chance of Christmas delivery. We'll show the current cut-off dates in the banner at the top of the site.

3. Do I pay customs or import fees?

No. For deliveries within the EU, the price you see at checkout includes VAT and any import charges. You won't get a surprise bill at the door.

4. How do I find the right size for my dog?

Measure (1) back length from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail, (2) chest girth around the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs, and (3) neck girth where the collar sits. Compare these with the size chart on each product page, since sizes differ between products. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size for coats and the smaller one for stretchy knits. 5. What if it doesn't fit?

You can exchange or return it. See the next question. We're happy to help you choose a different size.

6. What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase for any reason (the EU right of withdrawal). Items must be unused, unwashed and without dog hair or damage (it's fine to try a coat on briefly indoors). Please email us at inahuzor1@gmail.com before sending anything back and we'll send the return address and instructions. If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, we cover it. Full details are in our Returns & Withdrawal policy.

7. Are your toys safe?

Our toys and enrichment mats are made for dogs, not children. Always supervise play, remove damaged toys, and choose toys that suit your dog's size and chewing style. None of our products contain batteries or electronics.

8. How do I wash the snuffle mat and coats?

Snuffle mats and blankets: machine wash at 30°C in a laundry bag and air dry. Silicone lick mats: dishwasher safe on the top rack. Coats and sweaters: follow the care label, usually a 30°C gentle wash, no tumble dryer.

9. Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (pay now, later or in instalments, depending on eligibility), MobilePay (Finland and Denmark) and Bancontact. Payments are handled securely by Shopify Payments.

10. Do you ship outside the EU?

Right now we ship to EU countries. Norway, Switzerland and the UK are coming later. Join our newsletter to hear first.
