Refund policy

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers). You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (or the last item of a multi-parcel order) without giving a reason. To withdraw, tell us clearly by email at inahuzor1@gmail.com or use the model withdrawal form below.

2. Returning the goods. Please contact us by email before sending anything back. Our products ship directly from our suppliers, so we don't accept returns at our business address. We'll reply with the return address and instructions for your order. Send the goods back to that address within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing.

3. Return shipping costs. If you withdraw from your purchase because you changed your mind (for example, you chose the wrong size or no longer need the item), you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds. We refund all payments received, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used, at no fee to you. We may hold the refund until we've received the goods back or you've shown proof that you sent them. If you chose a more expensive delivery than our standard option, we refund only the standard delivery cost.

5. Condition. You may handle the product as you would in a shop (for example, trying a coat on your dog briefly). If an item has been used beyond that (washed, chewed, covered in hair), we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

6. Faulty or wrong items. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with a photo. We'll repair, replace or refund it under your statutory rights at no cost to you, including any return shipping, and this doesn't depend on the 14-day window. Your statutory rights under Finnish and EU consumer law are not affected.

7. Exchanges for size. The fastest option is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. Or email us and we'll arrange an exchange.
